For our younger learners, our Wordculture courses make learning new languages and cultures fun thanks to activities such as painting, singing and crafting.

Bella Italia lies right on our doorstep! Whether you would like to prepare for your next trip to beautiful Italy, or to improve your communication skills to better engage with customers and colleagues, Wordculture offers an extensive range of Italian courses – you’re sure to strike it rich!

Our small class size (3-6 students) will give you every opportunity to speak and practice the language as much as possible, and quickly reach you language goals. Wordculture`s experienced native-speaking teachers will also help you learn more about the history and culture of this fascinating country.
We offer Italian courses for all levels: A1-A2-B1-B2-C1-C2. At the end of your course you will be able to take a certificate test such as CELI, CILS or PLIDA.
We offer our courses throughout the day – mornings, midday, afternoons, and we can offer you the flexibility of studying at our centrally located school, in the comfort of your own home, or at your workplace.
An advantage for all parents is that we can offer our Childcare-service (until 5pm) which runs in parallel with our language courses. While you learn, our childcare specialists will look after your little ones. (12.50 CHF/60min).

Wordculture is committed to promoting early language acquisition. At no time in their later development are children more receptive to absorbing the sounds and structures of the language that surrounds them than in the period from birth to age 6!

We have therefore developed our own teaching curriculum and methodology for very young learners in order to support this fascinating process in the best possible way and to make the first contact with a new language as stimulating as possible.

Our language courses take place in small groups with a maximum of 6 children, they are interactive and appeal to all senses. They encourage the intrinsic, innate curiosity to discover and learn by focusing on play. For language teaching with young children, the mere teaching and retrieval of words, grammar and sentence structures is of no use.It is therefore necessary to change the focus: Language learning occurs implicitly through the joy of play.

The content of the language courses varies and is oriented towards the needs, abilities and learning goals of the different age groups. The little ones paint, sing and dance, while the older ones write their own stories or prepare presentations on a topic they find exciting. All in the target language.
